| This bill will amend the Colonial Affairs Act to transfer appointment powers of the Imperial Commissioner of the Hulstrian Empire to His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Hulstria from the Governor-General and Staatsminister. The job duties of the Imperial Commissioner of the Hulstrian Empire shall not be changed from this appointment reform act. |
