| This act is nothing more than a list of nations that the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem considers to be its allies and friends, and that we believe considers Beiteynu and Yishelem their allies and friends. Act 1: The Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem considers our de jure allies to be any nation that, under the Second Treaty of Poesy, the Treaty of Poesy, the Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance, the Axis Military Treaty, the Axis Agreement, the Al'Badara–Yishelem & Beiteynu Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation, and/or the First Military Treaty of the Terran Union may, in some and any circumstances, be legally obligated to come to the military aid of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem, and vice versa. Unless otherwise noted, all of our allies are also considered our de jure friends. Act 2: The Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem considers the following nations (listed in no particular order) to be our de jure allies, based on treaties we have signed: - Holy Luthori Empire (Second Treaty of Poesy, Treaty of Poesy, Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance, Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - United Badaran Emirates (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement, Al'Badara–Yishelem & Beiteynu Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation) - Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria (Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance) - Velikoye Knyazhestvo i Tsarstvo Trigunskoye (Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance) - Vice-Royauté Impérial d'Alduria (Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance, Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - United Confederation of Kizenia and Kuzaki (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Commonwealth of Rutania (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Eerste Republiek Vanuku (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - The Kingdom of Keymon (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Vyspělá Království na Deltária (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Federation of Zardugal (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - People's Republic of Dorvik (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Sultanate of Jelbania, Holy Terran Caliphate (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement, First Military Treaty of the Terran Union) - Demokratische Republik Malivia (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Republic of Kirlawa (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Saridani Union (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Pontesian Dynastic Empire (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Republic of Cobura (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Hobrazian Imperium (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Dundorfische Demokratische Republik (Axis Military Treaty, Axis Agreement) - Royaume de Rildanor et Le Noumonde (Axis Agreement) Act 3: The Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem considers our de jure friends to be any nation that is our ally, officially recognizes our nation and government under the Recognition of the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu treaty, has a cultural tie to us, and/or is a member of any and/or all of the following organizations: the United Nations of Terra, the Organization of Majatran States (OMS), the Majatran Free Trade Agreement, the League of Anti-Slavery Nations, the League of Islamic States, the Missile Defense Shield, and the South Ocean Treaty Organisation (SOTO). Unless a state of war exists between the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem and another nation and/or unless otherwise noted, the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem considers all nations to be our de facto friends.
