The Federal Independent Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Federal Republic of Solentia. After hearing the concern and wishes of the Senate, an expansion of services by the state to match passed legislation has been crafted by the Gioulian Administration and Minister of Finance Aarick Monro. Article I: Allocation of Funds - Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport Section 1) The allocation of an additional $50 billion SOL to the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport shall be implemented specifically for technological high speed upgrades to the national passenger rail service. |
