Bill: Rebuilding the Military

Details

Submitted by[?]: Meritocratic Alliance

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2996

Description[?]:

After a disastrous series of unrealistic Pacifism, we must again rebuild.

We add the chemical warfare option because frankly, the law as it is currently written, would even prevent us from using tear gas during riot control, or defoliants during woodland campaigns.
