Artikel 1: The matter of the appointment of ministers of religion is left up to local governments. §1: Following professions are considered to be ministers of religion: - Gurus, Yogis, Brahmins (Geraja) - Priests, Bishops, Cardinals (Christianity) - Immams, Mullahs (Islam) As well as minor positions similar to these in the same religions, as well as counterparts to this professions in other religions, as well as only slightly different professions. §2: Following professions are exempt from this law: - the Raja (Geraja) Artikel 2: Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools. In addition, every state school in Malivia will become a religious school of Geraja. A register of recognised religions will be made by the responsible minister. Artikel 4:There is an official state religion, but membership is completely voluntary. The state religion is Geraja. A Geraja Law will be made to clarify further. Geranisches Sprachgesetz: Art. 1: The rules made until now concerning the official languages of Malivia will stay the same, except the following: From this law on, official documents and registers will only have to be publicised in either German or English, not both. However, if an official document has individual recipients, it has to be ensured that they are able to understand the language. |
