A suspicious group gathering without prior idea or reason as to why they are there and so on so forth and without proper approval of the said assembly should be enough bounds by which the police force should go and capture them not for arrest but rather for interrogation purposes alone, given that they are found not guilty of possibly doing anything wrong, they are to be released immediately. |
