Message | We will not support any religion becoming the so-called official state religion. This ignores the diversity of beliefs in the multi-religious populations of Solentia and indeed those who profess to no traditional religion at all. SDWU Spokesperson for Religious Affairs Robert Joyce, Jr. |

Message | If you saw the bill for what the SDWU, even the most ignorant athiest would see that it does not at all infringe on anyone's beliefs. |

Message | IF you saw the bill for what the SDWU calls a so-called state religion (it did indeed exist, of course), even the most ignorant athiest would see that it does not at all infringe on anyone's beliefs. |
Date | 21:41:47, September 11, 2010 CET | From | Social Justice Party | To | Debating the DEUS VULT II |
Message | What you have proposed is to effectively sponsor the Christian view of religion over any other faith. We never said that your proposal would directly infringe on other beliefs, but rather that it is no business of the state, nor is it sensible to start "playing favourites" with any particular religion. |

Random fact: By default the head of government is the ultimate authority within a national government. In general terms, heads of government are expected to consult with cabinet colleagues (including those from other parties) before making significant decisions but they remain responsible for government action. |
