Message | The provision that felling is limited to fire breaks is economic and ecological madness. It doesn't only deplete the economy of an important resources (wood), it also forces producers and consumers to use other materials, such as plastic and metals, the increased production of which will have an adverse effect on the ecology. Limiting the number of cars to one per household is unnecessarily authoritarian, and for waste disposal we prefer regulation by the state to the government becoming economically active. We don't have much of a problem with setting a single standard for tap water, though. |
