| By an Act of Parliament, the Government resolves to restore the rightful monarch of Rildanor, and of Rildanor's name itself, as well as various other constitutional changes. Articles: 1. The Crown will pass from Adalli I, King of the non-recognized Valari, onto André II, King of Rildanor and Noumonde, head of the House of Orléans-Vasser, Rildanor's rightful royal family 2. The Constitutional Monarchy of Valari will now be known as Royaume de Rildanor and le Noumonde 3. The Federal Assembly will revert back to the Sénat 4. The Regions will revert back to the Cantons 5. A return of the centuries-old flag |
