| Second hand smoke is very dangerous for it causes lung and troath cancer, and the worst of all is that you dont need to actively smoke to get cancer. This passive smokers as they are called must suffer the selfdestructive nature of smokers because the law makes it acceptable. Here in the NSP propose this law to be changed to: "Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor". |

Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings.
Current: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
