In the event of a catostrophic emergency where large amounts of lives have been lost and/or extreme environmental damage has occured due to a natural disaster or terrorist attack (act of war), the government of this great nation shall recompensate the families hurt by the devistation. We the government of the people and for the people shall promote economic activity that will bring our nation out of the turmoil. Also, we shall relive any debts of the families or buisnesses afflicted. We will not compensate a company which was responsible for the disaster if reasonable suspicion exists as presumed by the office of legal Affairs.
