Voting deadline: January 3002
Description[?]:
The price of electricity and the efficiency of services provided by companies shall be examined thoroughly by the government, as electricity is, first and foremost, a necessity, and not a luxury. The idea of withholding energy from a consumer due to unfair reasons such as indiscriminately high pricing may not be a crime, but it is the closest thing to being one. |
