| The purpose of the Safety With Liberty bill is to allow the people to own wild pets, and to allow Democratic Worker's Councils to run businesses through the establishment of a policy that the government will not intervene in the market on this issue. Additionally though, it is also to ensure that these rights don't go so far as to disregard safety through the creation of a list of dangerous, wild animals which may not be kept as pets and the proposal of government set-up gated communities. |
