Message | Yep... another one trying to cut down the size of the government and its roles in the market. Sorry 'bout all these, but it's what I believe. |

Message | I do not agree with this, if alcohol was unlicenced in the way you suggest, surely more children would drink alcohol. Also the government needs to play an important part in the economy, there seems to be a belief that government involvement in the economy is a bad thing, the People's Equality Party disagrees with this belief |

Message | Government involvement is a bad thing, according to the beliefs of laissez faire. The economy is meant to be plastic, not immutable - and government involvement tends to slow the reactions of the economy to changes, and tends to put the consumer in a position to lose. Ideally, a government would serve the most minimal role possible in the market. And I don't think that children would. Now, my experiences in this world are entirely based off of the nation of Canada. In Saskatchewan, if I recall correctly, all liquor stores are government owned. There is as much underaged drinking there as there is in Alberta, where the sale of liquor is much less restricted. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
