This bill is to authorize and allocate funds to building a monument to the memory of the first Supreme President of the Federal Republic, Father George Bailen. The monument would be based in Halion on public land. This bill requests a one time additional funding allotment of 50,000,000 SOL to cover the costs of building. Work on the monument itself would be handled through the Ministry of Education and Culture, with status report from the Minister thereof to the Senate. |
