Message | Before people say we cannot afford this, we would wish to point out the privatization bill, which if passed could accomdate these mass tax cuts, instead of hurrendous rises. Does the current Finance Minister realise, that businesses currently have to pay almost 40% tax and only 60% profit? This is unacceptable. Also a luxury good, is basically everything other than the essentials. 20% is too high, should be 10% maximum. Paying for your item and then 20% on top, how much money does the government think people have? Ludicrous. Coleen Power Shadow Finance |
