MessageI cannot support this bill. Regulating hiring policies? Why? So a company has to reach a certain quota? That's reverse discrimination, is what that is. "Oh, not enough women in [such and such job]? Well, we'll make sure companies HAVE to hire a certain number of women for [said job]! It's clear women can't get in on their own merits, so we have to make companies hire them!" Voting no isn't allowing discrimination - voting yes is just allowing rich white men to be condescending about everything.
