Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:

Message | Mr Speaker, Disregarding the fact that even if this bill passed, it is at best doubtful that many of these bills would be approved by the Imperial Committees, we kindly ask the Libertarian Freedom Party to abide by the Diet's regulations pertaining to the number of bills that may be sent to vote without debate per year. Current Imperial Law states that only 3 articles may be sent directly to debate every year and that all the others must be debated for at least one year before being sent to vote. I yield. |

Message | I am sure that the so-called Imperial Committee will not let the law be taken in effect even if it passes, if they are against it. And the Imperial Law does not seem to apply to the Libertarian Freedom Party, as I could propose this bill without any complaints from the Imperial committee or any other institutions. |

Message | OOC: First of all, welcome to Luthori. In particracy, we distinguish between actions included in the game mechanics and actions not included in the game mechanics but nevertheless added for various reasons (realism, fun etc), this is now as role playing, or RP. Now, there's no way anybody can force you to obey RP laws and rules but it would be a courtesy to do so. The law I was refering to previously is the Parliamentary Debate Act of 2995 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=299972). Also, if you haven't done so already, i strongly recommend you read this (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=282420). |
