| This bill allows for the private to own all it buys and is able to hold on to that for the duration of a lifespan of the individual. No entity can take what is not his and if this does happen let that person or entity be considered a theif of private property. Also, compainies that operate at the expense of people are required to compensate that person or party with a private good not to be used for public use unless allowed by the individual or party that owns it. |
