Message | I'm willing to go the other way on this as well, that is, not taxing religious organizations |

Message | The UCA is happy with either arrangement and does see the RPs point about equality. I would probably rather tax religious organisations and allow them to advertise - as i see no reason why they should not (although i do hate religious advertising!!!), most organisations probably would not. |

Message | That is just wrong....promoting a religion?! Look i'm all for freedom of religion, but i don't want to hear someone saying how his religion is the best...let them advertise the way they did it back then....going to the masses themselves, and telling them personally how their religion is not right. Regardless of which i am fully opposed to this disgusting idea. |

Message | Yes, its unfortunate i think that we may be operating in different world views here - i assume that in north america there is much overt religious advertising - something which i suppose i would dislike. Over here the most religious advertising i can think of was a campaign by the Church of England to try to get more people to go to church by pointing out what a central role the church played in the life of a community (i don't think that G-d was really mentioned at all!!) - that i think is ok |

Message | I agree, but if we must tax religious organizations, which apparently is true, then why do we deny them of the rights of every other individual and organization in the country. That is; to buy air time (or some other medium) and express their views. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
