MessageIf you're going to propose this at least make an argument for it; I am not entirely sure if having non-profit making cooperatives who are subsidized for educational and informational purposes would be better or not. Maybe it would be, maybe it woudn't be. The one thing I am sure of, however, is that you don't know either. And because just happen to have a natural disdain for government, I voted against this.
