| All programs on television must be rated by a Television Decency Act and given an appropriate rating: All Ages, 14+, and 18+. This way parents may know what shows are appropriate for their children to watch. The Council will have no say in what can or cannot be shown, it can only dole out ratings. |

| Message | Allthough we have problem wiith sexism, and almost every nudity is currenly abused to promote sexism, we in no way are against nudity an sich. For the rest: the proposal hahs a very conservative sound in it and it is prohibitive; therefor I'll likely will vote no. |

However, the timing of said watershed is ridiculously late and should be modified to an 8pm for shows designated 15+ (using the British system) and no later than 10pm for all other programs. |
