MessageThe only reason this was out in place was because the left and centre parties kept putting forward their manifestos in bills. The right "claimed" (even their claim is pathetic) that they reduced quota so they duidn;t waste time "reading through long bills". In truth, they did it to stop the left or centre making any gains. Either way, it is a violation of our freedom of speech.

It's not an inhibition of freedom of speech, it's an inhibition for your bills to continue to vomit on the country.

Random fact: There are two countries based on Egypt in the game. Cobura is based on modern Egypt with a retro twist, while Hawu Mumenhes is based on Ancient Egypt with a modernist twist.
