| On the passing of this bill the nation shall officially be changed to Tsarstvo Trigunskoye On passage of this bill Trigunia will abandon her dictatorial fascist trappings. On passage of this bill the deposed "Supreme Leader" Mikhail Maskhadov will be exiled from the land as punishment for his failure to rule ; his unessential possessions will be stripped. His titles will also be stripped and he shall forever be known as a tyrant. On passage of this bill Leopold I of Hulstria will no longer be recognized by the authority of this council as the "Great Prince" or "Tsar" of Trigunia. However his efforts to preserve the Tsardom during Communist rule will be recognised by this council and he will be given honourary citizen status. On passage of this bill it will be assumed that the Pretender to the Throne, Petrovič I will have gained enough support to assume power as Emperor of Trigunia. Petrovic's ancestry is connected to the old Deltarian Lineykov dynasty, a request to recognise him as the rightful Tsar will be lodged with the International Monarchist League. |
