The police are currently shackled by Political Correctness. We need to cut down on PC, less paperwork and such like and get more police on the beat stopping crimes. We also propose an increase in the number of Police Officers, as well as a higher pay. These people are defending us from crime they deserve more money, which will get higher performance.
