Bill: Military Reform of 3024

Details

Submitted by[?]: His Magnificence, Cesare Indelicato

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3024

Description[?]:

Article 1)

Our state owned, national defense industries are in a state of disrepair. Our economy simply can't sustain them. Research has shown that we can get better weapons at a cheaper price in the private sector.

Article 2)

Currently conscription is mandatory for both and women. Who looks after the children?

Article 3)

There is a huge market in exporting and importing conventional weapons, especially that we are at peace.

Article 4)

As long as we have the advantage of a pre-emptive strike, no nation shall dare quarrel with us. Other nations have the right to a nuclear pre-emptive strike and so do we.

Article 5)

The locals know best in matters such as these.
