| Message | This removes the chance of some citizens using their wealth and ability to afford high earning lawyers in order to sue doctors and take huge amounts of money away from the health service. With this changed an independant medical review board would review each case and make a judgement on whether the case is valid and act according with regards of compensation and dismissals. |
