Message | We propose Parliamentary system. We voted for right to each party propose cabinet. That bill can not function with Presidental system because if president is from one party and other party form cabinet, President really can't lead cabinet formed from opposition parties. If this bill pass we will propose separation of Head of State and Head of Government. |

Message | Mr. President, Inevitably this will nation will gain a parliament and separate HoS and HoG positions. Might I suggest that should we also increase the number of delegates from 100 to 500 as mentioned in one of my bills and have created the new HoG position that we hold new elections immediately thereafter. I yield. |
