| As explicitly requested by the legitimate national government of Barmenistan (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=302703), the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem proposes this act so as to officially, formally, and legally involve itself in the Barmenian Civil War. Proactive permission from HRM King Reinhard, as required under the Treaties of Poesy for involvement in foreign wars, has already been granted. Act 1: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem officially declares its unyielding support for the current, legitimate, national government of the Sultanate of Barmenistan, Holy Terran Caliphate. Act 2: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem refuses to recognize the Barmenian Independence Party (BIP) and the Barmenian Anarchist Congress (BAC) as any sort of legitimate governmental organizations whatsoever, and harshly denounces both as terrorist groups. Act 3: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem refuses to recognize "the Sultanate of Kathuristan" as a sovereign and independent nation, instead continuing to consider it part of the Sultanate of Barmenistan. "The Sultanate of Kathuristan" shall, for the purposes of this war, be considered by the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem to be a terrorist group. Act 4: The Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem officially declares war upon the terrorist group known as "the Sultanate of Kathuristan." Act 5: Although neither the Barmenian Independence Party nor the Barmenian Anarchist Congress is expected to field troops in the war, in the event that they do, the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem hereby authorizes all Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem (AFCBY) troops to use deadly force, in self-defense only, against the fielded troops of the Barmenian Independence Party and the Barmenian Anarchist Congress. In the event that BIP or BAC troops are fielded, the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem shall officially declare war upon the two groups, after which deadly force can be used for offensive purposes. Act 6: As explicitly requested by the legitimate national government of Barmenistan, the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem, after the passing of this act, shall send AFCBY (Beiteynuese) troops to invade the Barmenian regions of Ikegaru and Murdhild for the purpose of securing the two regions from the threat of Kathuristani attack and/or occupation and the resulting anarchy. Act 7: Based on the future explicit requests of the legitimate national government of Barmenistan, the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem may or may not send AFCBY troops to other regions of Barmenistan. Act 8: All Beiteynuese troops in Barmenistan after the passing of this act shall be considered deployed under the stipulations of the First Military Treaty of the Terran Union (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1678); as such, in addition to being under the administration and jurisdiction of the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem (as always), all Beiteynuese troops in Barmenistan shall also be under the jurisdiction of the Terran Union, although orders from the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem supersede those of the Terran Union, and any orders from the Terran Union to any Beiteynuese troops not previously approved by the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem must be approved by the Government of the Commonwealth of Beiteynu and Yishelem before they are allowed to be carried out. |
