MessageWe cannot guarantee that federal regions would maintain public energy grids. Therefor we cannot support this. However we will not vote against a bill which removes subsidies for nuclear energy we have to abstain.

Message"Each region owns and maintains its own poer grid", so we don't quite see why this wouldn't guarantee that the regions wouldn't maintain public energy grids. They'd have to, and in case of emergencies, a smaller and more flexible regional energy authority would be better equipped to deal with them swiftly than a more distant and inflexible national bureaucracy.
