Message | As proposer of this Bill, The Libertarian Party supports it. This will make our defence industries more competitive and allow our military to acquire the best available arms on the open market. If our Defence industries wishes to be the best it must be forced to compete on an international stage, and our military must be able to buy on the same international stage. Free the market, allow competition and remove the burden of maintaining an extremely expensive industry totally under government control. |

Message | In doing so we run the risk of losing key advantages in military research and overall ability to maintain a well funded military by allowing industry to stamp an outragious price tag on weaponary that is used to deffend the peoples intrest. The Free Market had its time in the sun...let it set. Its time that the government with the aid of the people ensure that a better future is maintained for are childern. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
