| I move to adopt the following resolution: WHEREAS diversity causes violence, disagrement, and disunity and whereas certain races and social systems have become more peaceful and productive than others and whereas certain races have, for mainly economic and social reasons, gained high rates of crime and poverty and whereas these economic and social factors are too complicated to fix RESOLVED that the Kanjoran Government undertake the following policies: 0. The government will identify the 7 main races/ethnic groups in Kanjor and find out (a. the crime and poverty rates among each race proportional to the total population of that race and (b. what lineage, physical features, and genetical specification make someone a part of each race. Anyone who is very biracial will be considered part of the "8th Race." 1. Eliminate anyone with decent from the top 3 ethnic groups that have (a. the highest crime and (b. the highest povery rates propotional to their overall population. Elimination will take place through (a. deportation to the ocean and (b. sterilization 2. Encourage reproduction in the (a. the largest ethnicity and (b. the ethnicity with the lowest crime and poverty ratings. 3. Discourage reproduction in the 'lesser ethnicities' by giving fines to any person of an ethnicity not listed in point 2. 4. Ecourage mixing between the ethnic groups in points 2 by giving each child born from parents of the respective races a 50% tax cut. 5. Force reproduciton of the 2 'greater ethnicities' (those listed in point 3 by imprisoning anyone of these races who has not raised at least 3 children by the age of 40. This provision does not apply to those unable to bear children. 6. Any person of the 'greater ethnicities' who creates a child with someone of a lesser ethnicity will be executed along with their partner. The child will be exported to an adoption center in any willing country. In addition to these points, it must be recognized that the Ethnic Kanjors, the group that founded this great nation, are the largest ethnicity. |

However surely it has already been proved by our domiannce that ethnic Kanjors are superior to the rest, after all this is our Empire. However this research would allow us to find out which other groups within our territory are most compatible with us and which groups need to be put on 'voluntary' sterilisation programmes. |
