Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | OOC: Seperatist parties fail on particracy, their aim is independence but this is impossible on the game whether they get the majority of seats or not. Even worse, because the game is based on visibility rather than party name a seperatist party from one region can get a majority in another region and hardly any in their own.. lol.. |
