| Message | No. Yes there is a need for it: it is a thousand-year-old treaty guarunteeing the neutrality of a nation too small to defend itself. Just because something doesn't apply to you, doesn't mean it's pointless. |

| Message | The only slight problem I have with this agreement is that it completely rules out any use of military power against the nation; while it is unlikely that any will ever be needed because of the nations small size, there is always the possibility. Another nation could somehow gain control of it and use this treaty to engage in illegal military operations without the threat of being retaliated against. |
