| RECOGNIZING that Indrala is currently united SEEING that the original IML mandate of unifying the two Imperial Clans of Liu and Deng never went through, SEEING that the recent election has led to overwhelming support for the Imperial Clan of Liu and the ideas of the Imperial-Confucian Party, HEREBY establishes the "大英帝國美國大報 (United Empire of Great Indrala)", MANDATES the following: I. The two Imperial Clans of Liu and Deng shall merge to form one Imperial Clan, the Imperial Clan of Liu-Deng/Deng-Liu (either name is the official name), through the marriage of the respective Great-Grandchildren of Emperor Xinhan Taizu and Paramount Leader Deng Xiaoqi. II. Until the marriage between the two clans, Indrala will remain a diarchy under the control of the Imperial Clans of Liu and Deng. III. Each respective Imperial Clan shall keep their previous titles of King/Queen of Xinhan and Beiyi of Akuzia. IV. A new system of local government shall be created with a governor for each province, who shall act as the official head of government, while having one ceremonial head of state appointed by the monarch. V. The system of nobility within Indrala shall be reformed. Nobles are stripped of their political power, but shall retain their lands and influence. The Beiyis shall reign over the three Northern Provinces while the Princes shall rule over the three Southern Provinces. VI. The monarch of Indrala shall be given considerable executive powers and shall be considered a joint head of government. This act requires a 2/3 vote to pass. |
