Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:

Message | Mr. Speaker, In this bill there are just too many articles to be able to accept this proposal. Even if we agree with some articles we can't vote yes due to the articles we disagree with. If they were split up into bills where relevant articles would be grouped together, it would be much easier to reach a decision |
Date | 12:39:13, December 01, 2010 CET | From | Hutorian Conservative Party | To | Debating the UAF Reforms 3038 |
Message | Rt Hon Karl Harrod, Prime Minister Mr Speaker, The NSC concurs with the CLP. Unlike them however we shall be voting against this Act. |
Date | 12:54:14, December 01, 2010 CET | From | Republican Party | To | Debating the UAF Reforms 3038 |
Message | George Oldfield, Leader of the Conservative Party, Mr. Speaker, How can bills including random legislation be allowed in Hutori? These proposals being put together is simply bizarre and unfair on the parties that have to decide whether to vote in favour of them or not. Mr. Speaker, simply because our vote will have no affect anyway, and because the National Socialists have effectively defeated this bill already, we vote in favour. However, it isn't to say that we support all the legislation proposed in this bill. |

Message | George Oldfield, Leader of the Conservative Party, Mr. Speaker, In addition, may I remind the Labour Party that in their bill description 'democracy' is a form of government elected by the people, maybe the words they were looking for were 'fair society'? |
