Old value:: A proportional algorithm that gives a very small advantage to larger regions.
Current: A pseudo-proportional algorithm that gives considerable advantage to smaller regions.
Proposed: Equal representation, regardless of region population.

Message | Thats where you have it wrong, You guys in the US have a weird electoral system where all these populous states get more electoral delegates and votes than the ones with less. That means the candidates will only target the states who have the biggest number of votes which will get them into power easier, however with equal representation it will make the candidates work extra hard to secure each and every vote. Here in Britain and in the majority of the world its much more fairer and better. |
