| The current government of Trigunia with the approval of his Imperial Majesty Pavlo I, hereby decree the following: 1) The current Hetmanate government shall be disbanded in favour of a more democratic institution. 2) The Hetman position shall be abolished and replaced by a Premijer (Prime Minister) who will act as the Head of Government. 3) The Tsar's Rada will be abolished and the Gosduma (State Duma) shall be created in its place. 4) The nation name shall be changed to Slobodna Država Trigunskoye (Trigunian Free State) |
