Bill: Eminent Domain Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Labour Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3041
Description[?]:
Alright I see the two capitalist parties will not agree for the government to seize property under any circumstances, so I have made a "compromise" (thats what the PP wants so I have to give in if we are to get somewhere) for eminent domain to be used for vital government works. For example if we want to build a national highway and there is one house blocking the path, the government will just not scrap the entire highway to suit the needs of just one family, no we have to think big and realise that eminent domain needs to be put into action in these sort of circumstances |
