MessageRt Hon Karl Harrod, Prime Minister,

Mr Speaker, this reform will see Hutori move away from the police state model of government. Obviously the police need to play a role in maintaining order - thus justifying the inclusion of Article 3. Whilst we need to limit the police we must balance their role with the role of keeping the Hutorian public safe. Mr Speaker, this Bill would be progressive for Hutori, make the state a much fairer place and re-adress the role of state and people.

Mr Speaker, our party will support this bill. It is important to move away from the police state we currently have in Hutori and i am sure all parties agree. This reform is both urgent and neccessary for the people of this nation.
