MessageMr. Speaker,

We love animals as well, but what is the benefit in registering every dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, guinea pig etc. everyone owns as a pet?

MessageMr speaker,
This is a law that could help our pets, because in this way they would be monitored always, every vet in wherever is the city would know the clinic history of that animal, and in case the animal would run away we could be able to find it and catch it, so I don't see any reason for voting no in this bill.
