Message | With the actual system all types of cases - even those of national interest - are discussed and judged in local courts. National courts respond only in case of appeals and they may overturn the results (notwhistanding the sovereignty of individual satrapies). What we have proposed instead here is a radical change in which local courts has the right to judge every cause with exemption of those present national relevance by law. We think the sovereignty of individual Satrapies remains intact even with this change. |
