Recognizing that socialism is of the Devil, the Lutheran Legitimist Party, as a constituent member of the CIL proposes economic liberalization.

Henceforth:

1. There shall be no regulations on child labour.

2. There shall be no establishment of a minimum wage. Employers shall be free to offer whatever wages they wish.

a. Any worker disturbances as a result of the passing of this law shall be considered a category A Imperial Offense punishable by a mandatory minimum of two years of forced labour in Imperial contracted cobalt mines.
