MessageThis may have been covered in past debates....but why this form of seat distribution?

MessagePresently each region gets 60 seats, yet Hiamou (population approximately 14.6 million) has way more people than Keletia (population approximately 9.6 million). That means that every MP represents 243,000 people in Hiamou, while every Keletian MP represents only 160,000. This gives the residents of Keletia unfair voting power.

Personally we'd prefer a truly proportional algorithm, but everyone has decided that the large regions have certain unnamed "advantages," completely dooming the possibility of that happening anytime soon.
