| BE IT DECREED: The Royal House of the Third Nation of Aldegar shall be declared the House of Manu. The title of Great Shah and Benevolent Leader of the Aldegarian People shall be bestowed upon Röstäm Manu and the Heir Apparent and Crown Prince shall be named İskändär Manu, his son. The Great Shah and his household shall henceforth answer to no higher power in the leadership of this nation than the people of Aldegar from which their power is derived, and the preservation of the popular welfare and freedom shall be eternally regarded with the utmost importance. May long life grace the Great Shah Röstäm! |

| Message | OOC: I'm not sure if they are absolutely powerless, but it's no the way it is usually done. If you look at nations like Hutori, Lourenne, or Rildanor, you'll see that the name of the monarch is included in the title, while where we have a name, there is only a full stop. Those didn't introduce a monarchy as hastily as here and managed to elect a full stop as Head of State before the changeover. As changing to "The head of state is hereditary ..." automatically makes the incumbent the new monarch, they avoided having a name in that position and could deal with eventual changes of monarch by simply changing the title of the office. |
