MessageIt is not the choice of the higher government. I do think the people should make personal choices but tht should be legislated by all levels of government not just the highest, and I ferderalize because I believe in it not just so I can.

MessageBut take for example what you put on adultery. Currently we have no laws on the subject, and you want to add the ability for local governments to create laws on the subject. This is a direct violation of all Libertarian thought.
