| Message | Foreign Affairs have been cut back greatly, and that is with the act that we have proposed. Also F&A as well and E&T were both things we were spending a tad to much upon. While Trade and Industry is important, but we should balance it out, and with all this comes a newly proposed budget of cut back spending. |

While what is unacceptable Mr. Speaker, is that our nation has been spending so much for some dirty nation that refuses to use the money countries like us give them responsibly! If this budget prosal does not pass, we plan on proposing another one which will compensate for the lost spending for the foreign affairs, which would be put on Health and SS as well as Education and Culture. |
