MessageMr Speaker,

The "Union for Social Change" is in violation of the Debate Act which prevets a party from setting more than 2 proposals directly for vote without 10 months of debate. As Lord Chamberlain and Speaker of the Diet, it is my duty to issue a formal warning to the USC.

However, in recognition that the offense was most likely made out opf ignorance and not out of malice, there shall be no sanctions.

I yield the floor.
