We should subcontract the work to private companies and be more open, trusting to them.

Privately owned companies cannot be trusted with our national forest, most private companies are private because they are in it for a profit, if the government owns the national agency and keeps work for themselves, then we can give the workers of Dorvik the needed wages, private companies lie and are corrupted.
