| It should be required to register domestic animals with the local government. In any case of mistreatment or not following the regulations, the local government would take better appropriate action. While in any case the local government would be sending the officials anyways. Therefore it is pointless to register these animals with the national government. It simply creates more work; which does not have to be there. |
